On Wednesday, April 9, the spirit week theme for Westwood High School was “America Day.”
Every grade showed incredible spirit wearing the colors red white and blue, and even some
dressed wearing a photo of the actual flag. There was great creativity when it came to the outfits
some were wearing, including students in Rosie the Riveter-esque outfits, colorful eye makeup,

and T-shirts sporting Captain America’s red, white, and blue shield. The level of competition
is really starting to rise as the week is wrapping up.
